These terms cover your use of wilderhorse.com and the work Wilder Horse does for its clients. By using the site or hiring us, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
WHO WE ARE
Wilder Horse is a strategy and creative studio. We build brands, campaigns, and the systems behind them for founders and independent businesses. You can reach us through the contact page on this site.
USING THE SITE
You may browse the site and share links to it. You may not copy, scrape, or republish the site’s content, code, or design without written permission from us. You may not use the site to send spam, to break the law, or to interfere with how it runs.
OUR WORK AND WHO OWNS IT
Everything on this site, including the writing, artwork, marks, photography, video, and code, belongs to Wilder Horse or to the people who licensed it to us.
Client work stays the property of Wilder Horse until the project has been paid in full. At that point the rights described in the client agreement transfer to the client. We keep the right to show finished work in our portfolio unless the agreement says otherwise.
CLIENT ENGAGEMENTS
Each project runs on a written proposal or agreement that sets the scope, schedule, fees, and deliverables. If that agreement and this page ever disagree, the agreement wins.
Estimates are good for thirty days. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. Work that falls outside the agreed scope is billed at our current rates.
THE JOURNAL
Stories published in the Journal are there to be read and shared by link. They reflect the views of the people who wrote them and are not professional advice.
LINKS TO OTHER SITES
The site links to other sites and services we do not control. We are not responsible for what you find there.
NO WARRANTIES
The site is provided as is. We do our best to keep it accurate and running, but we make no promise that it will always be available or free of errors.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent the law allows, Wilder Horse is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. For client work, our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the project in question.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top tells you when they last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where Wilder Horse is organized. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of that state.
