This policy explains what Wilder Horse collects when you use wilderhorse.com, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. It is short because we collect very little.
WHAT WE COLLECT
Contact details you send us. When you write to us through the contact page, we receive your name, your email address, and whatever you put in the message.
Site usage. Our hosting platform records standard technical data such as pages visited, the referring site, browser type, and an approximate location drawn from your IP address. We look at this in aggregate to see how the site is used. It does not identify you by name.
Cookies. The site uses only the cookies needed to serve pages and to measure traffic. We do not run advertising trackers.
HOW WE USE IT
We use your information to answer your message, to talk with you about working together, and to understand which pages people read. If the law ever requires us to hold or hand over information, we will do that too.
We do not sell your information, and we do not rent lists.
WHO SEES IT
Wilder Horse and the services that run the site for us: Framer for hosting and analytics, and our email provider for messages. Each of them handles data under its own policy. Beyond that, we share information only if the law requires it.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
Messages stay in our inbox for as long as we are in conversation, and for a reasonable period after so we have a record of it. Usage data is kept in aggregate form.
YOUR CHOICES
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us through the contact page and we will respond within thirty days. You can also block cookies in your browser at any time.
CHILDREN
The site is for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under sixteen.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
When this policy changes, we update the date at the top. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
